I've been doing lots of laundry, piling up books for packing, and gathering studio materials together. In two days Chris will drop me off at our mutual haven in the woods of North Georgia--The Hambidge Center. Chris has already been in residence twice; this will be my second time. If you are an artist and you haven't been (and you think residencies might be good for you) then GO! Hambidge is a remarkable place for artists.
Lots of posts will follow as I document my 12 days of quiet and work.
