Toile
1. Toile in our bathroom 2. reminiscent of blue Toile wallpaper in the dining room of my childhood home/am I remembering incorrectly? 3. repository (therefore) of reverie, recollection, memory

I think toile is so old-fashioned and pretty, and perfect for our half-bath...dh would never, in a million years, go for it though, alas.
It was the hallway as I recall, delft blue on creme, although perhaps the creme on red in the dining room would also be considered toile. We inherited that wallpaper and those were the two rooms I left untouched. It seemed to fit...Mom
